METU BOSTANI has started officially as of April 2015 within the scope of ü Seeds to the campus ’project. ODTÜ Bostanı is a field where METU staff and volunteer students work together and experience basic knowledge and application methods for both ecology and urban agriculture and aim to work in the field of sustainability. Our community includes all kinds of methods, techniques, research and applications that improve the ecosystem, water and soil existence, and all kinds of living diversity, while producing food for human with restorative agriculture. With the restorative agriculture at the same time, the Middle East Technical University (METU) also revises the transformation, innovation and information sharing in accordance with the thousands of times of agriculture by bringing innovations to a different level in all stages of the process from seed to table.
