Legislative Proposal on the organization and establishment of the Middle East Technical University presented by The Prime Minister Adnan Menderes to The Grand National Assembly of Türkiye. The proposal was prepared by the Board of Education and was decided by the Cabinet Council to be presented to the Supreme Council on 01.02.1956.
