The aim of this study is to explore the perspectives of English language instructors' Digital Coursebook implementation and to unpack the benefits and limitations of using Digital Coursebook. A single case study in qualitative research design was employed. The sample was chosen by convenience sampling. 15 English instructors who are working at a private university attended the study. Semi-structured interview was applied to collect data. Seven themes and their codes were formed utilizing MAXQDA. The findings indicated most of the instructors regarded digital coursebooks as meeting the necessity of the time. The instructors stated interface is a significant factor affecting the efficiency of digital coursebooks. Several instructors verbalized one of the negative aspects of digital coursebooks is technical problems. Also, instructors asserted engaging students who don’t have the coursebook is one of the positive aspects of digital coursebooks. Most of the participants uttered that digital coursebooks have positive effects on students’ motivation. More than half of the instructors demonstrated negative attitudes toward fully digitized teaching setting. Participants suggested teacher trainings for teaching digital coursebook how to use effectively. Insights for Digital Coursebook design and instruction were developed accordingly. They are follows: teacher training and development for technology integration and incorporating digital coursebooks, providing technological facilities in the classroom to make the most benefit of digital coursebooks, performing evaluation procedure for designating the effectiveness of digital coursebooks, being in communication with publishing houses to forward feedback to make them revise digital coursebooks and designing user-friendly interface and catering to learners with special needs.
