Bimetallic alloy nanoparticles have become popular study filed and new class of functional material due to their large potential applications in the fields of; catalysis, optical devices, photonics and surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) etc. Shape and size are important parameters of bimetallic nanoparticle to determine optical properties like enhancement factor however dielectric function of these materials are crucial to understand phenomena of Raman scattering since they superior the enhancement factor when they compared with single particles. Here, we have investigated how optical properties of core-shell Au/Ag bimetallic alloy for different core and shell radiuses also hybrid model is studied which resulted from solving Laplace’s equation for core shell structures make them as a one single particle by using Finite Domain Time Difference (FDTD).
