William Shakespeare's play "The Winter's Tale", love, betrayal, regret It is a pastoral comedy that deals with themes such as love and forgiveness. Hermione defends herself against Leontes' accusations, but Leontes takes her to court. and finds him guilty despite his innocence. The second part of the play describes the passage of time and the emergence of truth. Leontes, his daughter Years after his death, he learns the truth and regrets it.
