The bust of Robert Bunsen was created by the sculptor Nikolai Dzoukaev. Robert Bunsen (1811-1899) developed spectroscope together with Gustav Robert Kirchhoff. Discovered line spectra of various elements which led to the discovery of cesium and rubidium, Laboratory burners are named after Bunsen.
