The bust of Max Karl Ernst Ludwig Planck (1858 - 1947) was created by the sculptor Nikolai Dzoukaev. Proposed the first radiation formula which contains fundamental planck's constant, h(and k) which led to the quantum theory. Received Nobel Prize in 1918.
