In disaster management, assembly areas play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of both preparatory and responsive steps. Hierarchical orders are followed while creating assembly areas, which helps enhance post-disaster interventions' effectiveness. On the other hand, there are some criteria when choosing the location of assembly areas. Within the scope of this master's thesis, the accessibility performances of emergency assembly areas are tested due to the effects of the barriers formed during the disaster on the road network within the scope of the seismic vulnerability of the road network. In the study area located within the borders of the Central district of Adıyaman province, the accessibility performances of the assembly areas were examined using Geographic Information System (GIS) tools in the situation before and after the February 6 earthquakes and in case new assembly areas were proposed by identifying potential areas.
