Studies on Ultraluminous X-ray sources have accelerated and progressed significantly in the last 20 years. However, there are still many bizarre features that are not clear. In this thesis, a detailed examination of ULX candidates were made by using multi wavelength data in both X-ray and Radio wavelengths. By adapting the data of ULX candidates to the Fundamental Plane of Black Holes, mass estimations have been made and the existence of certain trends were investigated by matching these estima tions with hardness ratios, radio luminosity over X-ray luminosity ratios and regimes in the X-ray band. The grouping is made according to estimated mass, hardness, lu minosity ratio and UL states. These data were compared with some other studies in the literature and the literature studies are used to validate the methods. This grouping might allow better distinguish several different type of ULXs.
