Assoc. Prof. was born in Istanbul on 09.10.1955. Dr. Mustafa Uğur Polat received his bachelor's degree from METU Faculty of Engineering, Civil Engineering Department on 10.02.1979, his master's degree on 22.07.1981, and his doctorate degree from Mc Master University on 06.06.1987. Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Uğur Polat worked as a research assistant at the Civil Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering of our University between 03.10.1980 and 01.09.1986, and he resigned from his position at our University on 01.09.1986. Assoc. Dr. Mustafa Uğur Polat started working as a research assistant in the Civil Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering at our University on 26.12.1988. He served as an assistant professor between 27.02.1989-22.09.1992, and as an associate professor between 23.09.1992-09.10.2022. He was retired on 09.10.2022 and left his position at our University. Assoc. Dr. During his time at our University, Mustafa Uğur Polat served as the Deputy Head of the Department between 15.09.1999 and 03.11.2006, and as the Rector's Advisor in charge of Construction and Maintenance-Repair activities and the Deputy Head of the Technical Department of Construction Works between 18.11.2011 and 29.07.2016. carried out.
