In this article the findings from a survey on the graduates of the Department of Public Administration is reported. The Department through its undergraduate and since 1975 graduate programs, aims to educate students for administrative positions basically in governmental organizations. From the first cohort in 1961 until the end of 1975 Academic year 126 students earned their undergraduate degrees from the Department. Answers to a mail questionnaire have been obtained from 103 of them. The data thus collected are mainly in the following areas : The job experiences, some personal characteristics and certain values of the graduates; evaluations of the educational programs and methods in the Department by these graduates in view of perceived needs in their jobs.
