A review of the relations between Turkey and the European Commmıity is of immediate importance, because of the southern enîargement. Turkey's fuil membership prospects seem to lie far off from the caîendar forseen in the Ankara Treaty and in the Ad- ditional Protocol. Nevertheless, the probîems of a hypothetical accession as wel! as the possible impact of EC's enîargement, the revisions in Common Agricuitural Policy, the discussion on the founding treaties of EC, and the changing structure of Turkey's foreign trade are reguiar topics on Turkey's agenda.
