This paper is a summaiy of the conceptual framework of a multimarket model designed to simulate the impact of output pricing decisions of policy makers. The uniqueness of this model lies in its ability to take into account the price effects across different markets and the effects of the policy decisions on resource allocation, output-mix. income distribution and the government budget, through incorporating the effects of government intervention on the producer level of the market.
