ÇAĞLI, Uğur
The paper conceptualizes adapting established measures for uses in different contexts as a multi-facet generalizability study. Steps necessary to be taken in such adaptation work are outlined and described. As a case example, a self-report job performance measure originally developed and validated by Behrman and Perreault (1982) for use in traditional industrial sales jobs in the U.S. is adapted for bank credit marketing personnel in Turkey.
