On behalf of the WiOpt 2021 Technical Program Committee (TPC), we are proud to present an excellent technical program covering a wide range of topics related to modeling, performance evaluation, and optimization of networks. This year the program includes sessions on “Resource Allocation, Scheduling, Wireless Networks”, “Sampling over Networks”, “Federated Learning”, “Age of Information”, and “Social Networks, Pricing, Economics”. In addition to the regular sessions, we have an invited paper session. This year there were 65 regular paper submissions to WiOpt 2021. Each paper received at least 3 and in most cases 4 independent reviews, and 31 papers were finally selected for inclusion in the main program. In addition, we have an invited paper session with 9 papers. The review process involved 86 TPC members from both academia and industry. We thank the TPC members and reviewers for the diligent work that they have done, which resulted in a high quality conference program that is expected of WiOpt.
