Three foreign professors are coming to establish an architecture school (Zafer Newspaper, April 22, 1955)

According to the United Nations, three American experts will be leaving for Turkey on Wednesday to prepare plans for the architecture school to be established in Ankara. The Turkish government has requested the assistance of these experts through the United Nations Technical Assistance Administration. The experts who are going to Turkey are: G. Holmes Perkins, Dean of the School of Fine Arts at the University of Pennsylvania, and George Howe and Leon Loschetter, professors at the same school. Howe graduated from the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Paris. Loschetter is originally from Luxembourg. Perkins will lead the delegation.
