When we planned to go on a picnic to Lake Eymir on the weekends, our first priority was to convince our friend with a camera to come, then divide the necessary supplies among us. The Eymir Lake facilities weren't particularly well-stocked. There were tea, water, coffee, and some amenities for the rowers who came to train. Our friends would bring 45-rpm records and/or cassette players, and we'd dance to them. If it was summer and training was over, we'd go swimming. Since the lake was swampy, it was recommended to swim without touching the bottom if possible.
