This technical report presents the DS PRO-S User Guide, prepared to support the practical implementation of the Data Science Projects Success Assessment Model (DS PRO-S). The guide provides step-by-step instructions for applying the model’s modules, together with illustrative examples, calculation logic, and process diagrams. It is intended to help users implement DS PROS in a structured and traceable way across different project contexts. As a supplementary document to the associated PhD thesis, this report focuses on practical guidance rather than the full theoretical and methodological development of the model.
