Visualizing transition diagrams of action language programs
Koc, O; Alpaslan, Ferda Nur; Cicekli, NK (2002-10-30)
The subject of action languages is one of the prominent research topics in current Artificial Intelligence (AI) research. One of the problems in teaching and learning action languages as well as writing causal theory expressions is the difficulty of visualizing transition diagrams in mind. A tool, called TDV, which extends CCALC [GL98b] and uses GraphViz[KN91] software, is developed to visualize transition diagrams of C programs.

Visualizing data with formal concept analysis
Diner, Çağrı; Tiefenbach, Andreas; Department of Mathematics (2003)
In this thesis, we wanted to stress the tendency to the geometry of data. This should be applicable in almost every branch of science, where data are of great importance, and also in every kind of industry, economy, medicine etc. Since machine's hard-disk capacities which is used for storing datas and the amount of data you can reach through internet is increasing day by day, there should be a need to turn this information into knowledge. This is one of the reasons for studying formal concept analysis. We w...
Visualization of deep networks trained for bipolardisorder classification by using fnirs measurements
Oğuzhan, Babacan; Ulusoy, İlkay; Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (2021-2-03)
Deep learning applications have achieved impressive performances on many medi-cal problems such as classification of disorders, effects of a treatment or unspottedsymptoms of a disease, etc. While modern deep learning progress is impressive insuch areas, genuine understandings of its working principles are not clear. For thatmatter, the term black box has often been associated with deep learning algorithms. The majority of previous studies have concentrated on networks’ successes and havecomputed their per...
Visualization of Events for Detection of Relevant Patterns
Wodka, John; Stewart, Daniel; Eren, Pekin Erhan (2005-11-16)
As devices no longer function in isolation, opportunities will emerge for synergies to be created between disparate information pieces. However the user can and will quickly be overwhelmed with the amount and clutter of the available information. We envision a tool in which a user could define the information pattern/event and action (s) to be taken in some exploratory fashion in order to efficiently create relevant and personalized events. A number of visualization tools for communication patterns [1, 2] e...
