Properties of doubly heavy baryons in QCD
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Bilmiş, Selçuk (2022-01-01)
The study of the properties of doubly heavy baryons represents a promising area in particle physics. It can provide us with information about Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) matrix elements and the low energy dynamics of QCD. They have a very rich phenomenology. The investigation of weak, electromagnetic, and strong decays has a vital importance for understanding the dynamics of doubly heavy baryons. The main ingredients of such studies are the spectroscopic parameters, the strong coupling constants, and th...
Properties of excited B-c states in QCD
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Bilmiş, Selçuk (Elsevier BV, 2019-10-01)
The mass and leptonic decay constants of recently observed two new excited B-c states at LHC are studied within the QCD sum rules. Considering the contributions of the ground and radially excited states, the mass and residues of the excited states of pseudoscalar and vector mesons are calculated in the framework of two different approaches of the QCD sum rules, namely, linear combinations of the corresponding sum rules and its derivatives as well as QCD sum rules with the incorporation of the least square f...

PROPERTIES OF BC-MESON IN QCD SUM-RULES
Alıyev, Tahmasıb (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 1992-06-01)
We have studied the masses of the scalar, pseudoscalar and vector states of B(c)-meson and their decay constants in the framework of the QCD sum rules. PACS 12.90 - Miscellaneous theoretical ideas and models.
Properties of charmoniumlike states
Özşahin, Hikmet; Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Department of Physics (2015)
In this work, hadronic properties of exotic meson candidate Y (3940) and its orthogonal state are studied. These meson states are considered as a mixture of charmonium ( c0) and meson molecule. The interpolating quark currents for c0 and D D are used to construct the correlation function. QCD sum rules approach for two-point function is then used to derive OPE and phenomenological representation of the correlation function of these mesons. Next, these two representations are connected by the analytical co...
