Bu makalede üretim parçalanmasÇ modeli ve ara malÇ ticaretine dayanan üretim örgütlenmesinin iç gücü piyasalarÇna etkisi tartÇçÇlmÇçÇr. Ürünlerin, sermayenin, emeºin ve fikirlerin serbestçe dolaçabildiºi günümüz ekonomisi, üretimin küreselleçmesine ortam saºlamaktadÇr. Üretimin küreselleçmesi, iç gücü piyasalarÇnda dönüçüme neden olmaktadÇr. Uzmanlaçma artmakta, meslek tanÇmlarÇ hÇzla deº çmekte ve ücret eçitsizliºi hem geliçmiç hem de geliçmekte olan ülkelerde artmaktadÇr. Bu makalede, küreselleçme sonucu ortaya çÇkan deº çimleri daha iyi analiz edebilmek için gerekli olan araçlar kÇsaca özetlenmiçtir. Glk olarak üretim örgütlenmesinin neden deº çmekte olduºu üzerinde durulmuç, daha sonra bu deº çimi ifade eden göstergeler irdelenmiçtir. Gthal girdi kullanÇ Ç Çn iç gücü piyasalarÇ Ç hangi mekanizmalar vasÇtasÇyla etkilediºi, konu üzerindeki araçÇrmalarÇn bulgularÇ vasÇtasÇyla tartÇçÇlmÇçÇr. Bu tartÇçmada daha çok uygulamalÇ iktisat yazÇ Çndan yararlanÇlmÇç ve sanayi, içletme, meslek ve kiçi düzeyindeki araçÇrmalarÇn bulgularÇ incelenmiçtir. Sonuç kÇsmÇ Türkiye üzerine kÇsa bir tartÇçma içermektedir.
