Effect of magnetic field and temperature on the voltage-current characteristics of YBCO superconductor
Bocuk, H; Albiss, BA; Ercan, I; Ozkan, H; Hasanlı, Nızamı (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 1996-11-01)
Voltage-current characteristics of YBCO superconductor was studied under magnetic field up to 0.4 T at different temperatures below T-c. The critical temperature decreases and the transition width broadens under magnetic field. V-I data below T-c were fitted to a power law expression V similar to I-beta(T,I-B) in which beta(T,B) is found to decrease with increase of magnetic field and temperature, gradually approaching unity as T approaches T-c, being independent of magnetic field. Similarly beta(T,B) appro...
Effect of magnetic field, temperature and gamma irradiation on electrical and structural properties of thallium-based superconductors

Effect of layer thickness on the electrical parameters and conduction mechanisms of conjugated polymer-based heterojunction diode
Yildiz, D. E.; APAYDIN, D. H.; Toppare, Levent Kamil; Çırpan, Ali (2017-05-01)
In this study, thickness-dependent current density-voltage (J-V) characteristics obtained for poly{(9,9-dioctylfluorene) 22,7-diyl-(4,7-bis (thien-2-yl)2-dodecyl-benzo[1,2,3] triazole)} (PFTBT) conjugated copolymer based heterojunction diode fabricated on ITO were investigated in terms of electrical characteristics. In order to analyze J-V plots with ITO/PEDOT: PSS/PFTBT: PC61BM/LiF/Al configuration, the thickness-dependent J-V measurements were applied in the thickness range between 90 and 200 nm. The effe...
Effect of magnetic field and gamma irradiation on the electrical properties and structure of the Tl-based ceramic superconductors
Ozkan, H; Hasanlı, Nızamı; Kayed, T (IOP Publishing, 2000-02-01)
The voltage-current (V-I) characteristics, critical temperatures and the critical currents of Tl2Ba2CaCu2O8 (Tl-2212) and Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3O10 (Tl-2223) ceramic superconductors were studied in magnetic fields up to 80 mT after several gamma irradiations up to 100 MR. The effect of gamma irradiation on the structure of these materials has also been studied. The normal state resistance increases by 20-30% with gamma irradiation, most of the changes taking place in low gamma doses up to 10 MR. The critical temperat...
Effect of Laser Parameters and Post-Texturing Treatments on the Optical and Electrical Properties of Laser Textured c-Si Wafers
RADFAR, Behrad; ES, FIRAT; NASSER, Hisham; AKDEMİR, Ozan; Bek, Alpan; Turan, Raşit (2018-03-21)
Surface plays a crucial role in the performance of crystalline silicon (cSi) based solar cells as it affects both electrical and optical properties. To minimize reflection from the flat surface and thus improve light trapping, the cSi wafers must be textured. For mono-cSi cells, anisotropic alkaline etchants are commonly utilized to create pyramids on the surface. However, this method is not viable for multi-crystalline silicon (mc-Si) wafers due to the presence of different and random crystallographic orie...
