The combination of computers and electronic communication has the power to dramatically enhance the productivity of researchers/educators in a given area. A major stop towards realizing that potential comes from combining the interests of scientific community to create an integrated common resource and a communication system to support scientific collaboration. This paper proposes a common web-based AI resource that is designed as a virtual class, and computer-supported collaborative work environments.

Secure electronic exam
Ölçüoğlu, Lütfü Tarkan; Doğanaksoy, Ali; Akleylek, Sedat; Department of Cryptography (2016)
With the recent developments in information technology, computers and mobile devices have an important role in daily life. The field of education are also affected by these developments, as a result electronic learning (e-learning) subject becomes popular. By the developments in e-learning area, students are now able to reach their documents using computers instead of books. This situation provides teachers to perform exams in digital environments. Information security concepts in an exam should be satisfied ...
Metadiscourse analysis of digital interpersonal interactions in academic settings in Turkey
Hatipoğlu, Çiler (null; 2019-08-20)
Rapid technological advances, efficiency and easy access have firmly established emailing as a vital medium of communication in the last decades. Nowadays, all around the world, particularly in educational settings, the medium is one of the most widely used modes of interaction between students and university lecturers. Despite their important role in academic life, very little is known about the metadiscursive characteristics of these e-messages and as far as the author is aware there is no study that has ...
Energy efficient wireless unicast routing alternatives for machine-to-machine networks
Tekbiyik, Neyre; Uysal, Elif (Elsevier BV, 2011-09-01)
Machine-to-machine (M2M) communications is a new and rapidly developing technology for large-scale networking of devices without dependence on human interaction. Energy efficiency is one of the important design objectives for machine-to-machine network architectures that often contain multihop wireless subnetworks. Constructing energy-efficient routes for sending data through such networks is important not only for the longevity of the nodes which typically depend on battery energy, but also for achieving a...
SWARM-based data delivery framework in the Ad Hoc Internet of Things
Hasan, Mohammed Zaki; Al-Turjman, Fadi (2017-12-08)
Internet of Things (IoTs) refers to the rapidly growing network of connected objects that are able to collect and exchange data using embedded sensors. To guarantee the connectivity among these objects and devices, fault tolerant routing has been received a significant attention in recent years. In this paper, we propose a bio-inspired particle multi-swarm optimization (PMSO) routing algorithm to construct, recover and select k-disjoint paths that tolerates the failure while satisfying quality of service (Q...
Energy packet model optimisation with approximate matrix inversion
Ceran Arslan, Elif Tuğçe; Gelenbe, Erol (2016-06-21)
The ow of energy in a network of intermittent sources of energy, such as renewables, batteries, and of work such as sensing tasks, communication packets and tasks executed in computer servers, is modeled as an Energy Packet Network. Both tasks for execution and energy flows into the system are random processes. A G-Network is used to model the system where both tasks and data packets, and energy in the form of discrete units, move between energy storage units, network routers and computing servers. This que...
