Optimization of n(+) nc-Si:H and a-SiNx:H layers for their application in nc-Si:H TFT
ANUTGAN, TAMİLA; Anutgan, Mustafa; Atilgan, Ismail; Katircioglu, Bayram (Elsevier BV, 2011-02-25)
The n-type doped silicon thin films were deposited by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) technique at high and low H-2 dilutions. High H-2 dilution resulted in n(+) nanocrystalline silicon films (n(+) nc-Si:H) with the lower resistivity (rho similar to 0.7 Omega cm) compared to that of doped amorphous silicon films (similar to 900 0 cm) grown at low H-2 dilution. The change of the lateral rho of n(+) nc-Si:H films was measured by reducing the film thickness via gradual reactive ion etching. T...
Optimization of SNR and the total acquisition time in MRCDI
Sadighi, Mehdi; Şişman, Mert; Eyüboğlu, Behçet Murat (2021-05-15)
The clinical applicability of magnetic resonance current density imaging (MRCDI) is highly dependent on the sensitivity of the acquired current-induced magnetic flux density (˜Bz) distribution. Here, the combined effect of relevant parameters of the ICNE-SPGE pulse sequence on the SNR leveland the total acquisition time of the˜Bz images are analyzed. The optimized sequence parameters are estimated to acquire˜Bz images with the highestpossible SNR for a given acquisition time or the desired SNR in the shorte...

Optimization and deep learning based multi model abundance estimation and unmixing algorithms for hyperspectral images
Özdemir, Okan Bilge; Yardımcı Çetin, Yasemin; Koz, Alper; Department of Information Systems (2021-4-8)
Hyperspectral unmixing aims to identify the materials within the pixels of an image and estimate the corresponding abundance values of these materials. This thesis proposes an optimizationbased abundance estimation method for the case where the spectral signatures of the materials are available, and a deep learning based hyperspectral unmixing method for the case where the spectral signatures of the materials are unavailable. The proposed abundance estimation ...
