Lepton flavor violating Z -> l(1)(+)l(2)(-) decays with the localized new Higgs doublet in the extra dimension

We predict the branching ratios of Z -> e(+/-)mu(+/-), Z -> e(+/-)tau(+/-) and Z -> mu(+/-)tau(+/-) decays in the framework of the 2HDM with the inclusion of one and two extra dimensions, by considering that the new Higgs doublet is localized in the extra dimension with a Gaussian profile. We observe that their BRs are at the order of the magnitude of 10(-10), 10(-8) and 10(-5) with the inclusion of a single extra dimension, in the given range of the free parameters. These numerical values are slightly suppressed in the case that the localization points of new Higgs scalars are different than origin.

Lepton flavor violating Z -> l(1)(+)l(2)(-) decay in the two Higgs doublet model with the inclusion of non-universal extra dimensions
Iltan, EO (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 2005-05-01)
We predict the branching ratios of the Z -> e(+/-) mu(+/-), Z -> e(+/-) tau(+/-) and Z -> mu(+/-)tau(+/-) decays in the model III version of the two Higgs doublet model, with the inclusion of one and two spatial non-universal extra dimensions. We observe that the branching ratios are not sensitive to a single extra dimension, however, this sensitivity is considerable for two extra dimensions.
Lepton flavor violating Zeta -> l(1)(+)l(2)(-) decay in the split fermion scenario in the two Higgs doublet model
Iltan, E. O. (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 2006-05-01)
We predict the branching ratios of the Z -> e(+/-)mu(+/-), Z -> e(+/-)tau(+/-) and Z -> mu(+/-)tau(+/-) decays in the framework of the 2HDM, in the split fermion scenario. We observe that the branching ratios are not sensitive to a single extra dimension; however, this sensitivity is considerably large for two extra dimensions.
Lepton flavor violating radion decays in the Randall-Sundrum scenario
Iltan, E. O.; Korutlu, B. (IOP Publishing, 2008-06-01)
We predict the branching ratios of the lepton flavor violating radion decays r --> e(+/-)mu(+/-), r --> e(+/-)tau(+/-) and r --> mu(+/-)tau(+/-) in the two Higgs doublet model, in the framework of the Randall-Sundrum scenario. We observe that their branching ratios are at most of the order of 10(-8), for small values of radion mass and they decrease with increasing values of mr. Among these processes, the r --> tau(+/-)mu(+/-) decay would be the most suitable one to measure its branching ratio.
Lepton flavor violating Z-boson decays induced by scalar unparticle
Iltan, E. O. (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 2008-07-01)
We predict the branching ratios of the lepton-flavor violating Z-boson decays Z -> e(+/-)mu(+/-), Z -> e(+/-)tau(+/-) and Z -> mu +/-tau +/- in the case that the lepton-flavor violation is carried by scalar unparticlemediation. We observe that their BRs are strongly sensitive to the unparticle scaling dimension, and the branching ratios can reach values of the order of 10(-8), for the heavy lepton-flavor case, for small values of the scaling dimension.
LEPTON FLAVOR CONSERVING Z BOSON DECAYS AND SCALAR UNPARTICLE
Iltan, E. O. (World Scientific Pub Co Pte Lt, 2009-02-20)
We predict the contribution of scalar unparticle to the branching ratios of the lepton flavor conserving Z -> l(+)l(-) decays and we study the discrepancy between the experimental and the QED corrected standard model branching ratios. We observe that these decays are sensitive to the unparticle scaling dimension d(u) for its small values, especially for heavy lepton flavor output.
