Conductivity and mobility studies on recrystallized CdS thin films.
Mamıkoğlu, Habibe; Department of Physics (1987)
Conductive polymer composites and copolymers of pyrrole and N-vinylcarbazole
Geissler, Uwe; Hallensleben, Manfred L.; Toppare, Levent Kamil (Elsevier BV, 1991-4)
The synthesis of composites and copolymers of pyrrole and N-vinylcarbazole is described. Both insulating and conducting polymers of N-vinylcarbazole are utilized in the electroinitiated polymerization of pyrrole. The influence of coating either of the conducting polymers prior to the other on the percolating threshold is discussed. The initial presence of both monomers in the reaction medium leads to a copolymer, whereas consecutive electrode coatings from the monomer solution yield inhomogeneous composites...
Conductivity and salinity measurement by using four electrode and inductive coupling methods.
Kopanoğlu, Ahmet Cevat; Department of Electrical Engineering (1979)
Conductive copolymers of polyaniline, polypyrrole and poly (dimethylsiloxane)
Cakmak, G; Kucukyavuz, Z; Kucukyavuz, S (Elsevier BV, 2005-05-31)
Two step electrochemical polymerization method was used to obtain various conductive homopolymers, composites and copolymers of Polyaniline (PAn), Polypyrrole (PPy) and Poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS). PAn/PPy, PDMS/PAn/PPy, PPy/PAn and PDMS/PPy/PAn conductive polymer films were synthesized with different compositions and their properties were compared. Films were characterized by conductivity measurements, cyclic voltammetry (CV), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), sca...
Conductive and electrochromic properties of poly(p-phenylene vinylene)
Öztürk, Tuğba; Küçükyavuz, Zuhal; Department of Chemistry (2005)
P-xylene-bis(diethylsulphonium chloride) (PXBDC) monomer was synthesized by the reaction of a,a-dichloro-p-xylene with tetrahydrothiophene or diethyl sulphide. Electrochemical behavior of this monomer (PXBDC) was examined by cyclic voltametry. Polymerization was achieved both by using electrochemical and chemical polymerization techniques. In the electrochemical technique, PPV was synthesized by constant potential electrolysis in acetonitrile-tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborate (TBAFB) solvent-electrolyte ...
