W infinity-covariance of the Weyl-Wigner-Groenewold-Moyal quantization
Dereli, T; Vercin, A (1997-11-01)
The differential structure of operator bases used in various forms of the Weyl-Wigner-Groenewold-Moyal (WWGM) quantization is analyzed and a derivative-based approach, alternative to the conventional integral-based one is developed. Thus the fundamental quantum relations follow in a simpler and unified manner. An explicit formula for the ordered products of the Heisenberg-Weyl algebra is obtained. The W-infinity-covariance of the WWGM-quantization in its most general form is established. It is shown that th...
R&D Project Performance Evaluation With Multiple and Interdependent Criteria
Tohumcu, Zeynep; Karasakal, Esra (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), 2010-11-01)
In this study, we develop an approach based on analytic network process (ANP) and data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evaluate the performance of Research and Development projects. We identify a set of criteria and subcriteria having interdependencies among themselves. Interdependency is treated using a hybrid ANP model consisting of both hierarchy and network. The interval pairwise comparison matrices are constructed in a group decision-making process. ANP is extended to obtain interval weights from the int...
R&D project performance evaluation with multiple and interdependent criteria
Tohumcu, Zeynep; Karasakal, Esra; Department of Industrial Engineering (2007)
In this study, an Analytic Network Process (ANP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) based approach was developed in order to measure the performance of customer-based Research and Development projects being executed in TÜB TAKSAGE, Defense Research and Development Institute, under the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey. In order to evaluate project performance, many criteria, containing various subcriteria were determined. In order to handle the interdependencies among the criteria and...
f-wave superfluidity from repulsive interaction in Rydberg-dressed Fermi gas
Keleş, Ahmet; Li, Xiaopeng (2020-02-01)
Interacting Fermi gas provides an ideal model system to understand unconventional pairing and intertwined orders relevant to a large class of quantum materials. Rydberg-dressed Fermi gas is a recent experimental system where the sign, strength, and range of the interaction can be controlled. The interaction in momentum space has a negative minimum at q(c) inversely proportional to the characteristic length scale in real space, the soft-core radius r(c). We show theoretically that single-component (spinless)...
Z-scheme WO3/PANI heterojunctions with enhanced photocatalytic activity under visible light: A depth experimental and DFT studies
Naciri, Y.; Hsini, A.; Bouzıanı, Asmae; Tanji, K.; El Ibrahimi, B.; Ghazzal, M.N.; Bakiz, B.; Albourine, A.; Benlhachemi, A.; Navío, J.A.; Li, H. (2022-04-01)
A WO3@PANI heterojunction photocatalyst with a various mass ratio of polyaniline to WO3 was obtained via the in situ oxidative deposition polymerization of aniline monomer in the presence of WO3 powder. The characterization of WO3@PANI composites was carried via X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM-EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), ultraviolet–visible diffuse reflection spectroscopy (DRS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XP...
