H-1, H-2, H-3, HE-4 EMISSION FROM RU-96 NUCLEI (E-ASTERISK-SIMILAR-TO-113 MEV) - TEST FOR TRANSMISSION COEFFICIENTS IN THE EVAPORATION MODEL
KILDIR, M; LARANA, G; MORO, R; BRONDI, A; DONOFRIO, A; PERILLO, E; ROCA, V; ROMANO, M; TERRASI, F; NEBBIA, G; VIESTI, G; PRETE, G (1992-12-01)
A detailed comparison between measured energy spectra and cross sections of H-1, H-2, H-3, and He-4, evaporated from the composite system 96Ru (E* congruent-to 113 MeV), and the predictions of the statistical model, has been carried out. Results obtained with transmission coefficients derived from optical model (OM), ingoing-wave boundary-condition model (IWBCM) and fusion systematics (FS) are presented. The best overall description of the data is obtained using IWBCM transmission coefficients, with reduced...

H-2 adsorption on Cu(I)-ZSM-5: Exploration of Cu(I)-exchange in solution
Altıparmak, İsmihan; Karakaya, Büşra; Üner, Deniz; İpek Torun, Bahar (Elsevier BV, 2019-07-12)
A new Cu(I)-exchange method for zeolites in liquid media (acetonitrile) was developed with Cu/Al ratios surpassing 0.5 with ZSM-5 crystals containing pure Cu(I) cations without impurities such as Cl ions. The method resulted in a higher Cu/Al ratio (0.78) for mesoporous [B]-ZSM-5 when compared to microporous [Al]-ZSM-5 and [B]-ZSM-5 (0.55 and 0.66 respectively). H-2 storage capacities of these Cu(I)-exchanged zeolites were investigated at 323 K along with their differential heat of H-2 adsorption using adso...
T-odd polarization observables in the photoproduction of charmed particles near threshold
Rekalo, MP; Tomasi-Gustafsson, E (2002-01-01)
The imaginary part of the matrix element for associative charm particle photoproduction, gamma+N-->Lambda(c)+(D) over bar, has a definite spin structure, near the reaction threshold, being characterized by a single parameter. This allows us to predict, in the framework of an effective Lagrangian approach, the energy and the angular dependence of T-odd polarization observables such as the analyzing power in the reaction gamma+(p) over bar-->Lambda(c) + (D) over bar and the polarization of the Lambda(c) hyper...
