Hidden charm and bottom molecular states
Guo, F. -K.; Hidalgo-Duque, C.; Nieves, J.; Özpineci, Altuğ; Valderrama, M. Pavon (2014-09-19)
We investigate heavy quark symmetries for heavy light meson-antimeson systems in a contact-range effective field theory. In the SU(3) light flavor limit, the leading order Lagrangian respecting heavy quark spin symmetry contains four independent counter-terms. Neglecting 1/m (Q) corrections, three of these low energy constants can be determined by theorizing a molecular description of the X(3872) and Z (b) (10610) states. Thus, we can predict new hadronic molecules, in particular the isovector charmonium pa...

HIDDEN POWER OF WATER IN TURKIYE
TASDEMIROGLU, E (Elsevier BV, 1993-01-01)
The energy densities for salinity gradients at river mouths, salt-gradient solar ponds, and sea currents at the Straits are identified as future energy resources in Turkiye. Constraints and prospects are briefly discussed for development of these resources.

Contested belongings: understanding the meaning of Turkish classical music among young women in Germany
Şahin, Nevin; Strasser, Sabine; Department of Sociology (2009)
Turkish citizens who went to Germany as migrant workers during 1960s and 1970s attached themselves to the language and music of their home country in order to sustain their local, regional or national belongings. In the 21st century, against the backdrop of globalization, the second and third generation of the Turkish group in Germany has different ties with Turkey and “Turkish culture”. Are the belongings of the German-Turkish youth still shaped by language, music and cultural artifacts related to Turkey? ...
