In the direction of Altuğ and Behruz Çinici projects, which won the national project competition opened in 1961 for the layout of today's campus of the Middle East Technical University, the construction of the campus started with the Faculty of Architecture building on May 12, 1961, and the construction of the buildings took until the end of 1970s. TRT tells the campus building process and its architectural structure through interviews with Architect Behruz Çinici, Rector Kemal Kurdaş, General Secretary of Ağa Han Architecture Award Süha Özkan and Lecturer Aydan Balamir.
