The effect of group members’ gender on individual and group risk-taking

We analyze whether the risk preference of an individual changes when s/he decides for a group in a risky situation and informed about group members' gender information or not. We confirm the literature and find that male and female decision-makers have different risk preferences when their decisions affect only themselves.
