Core
Integrable KdV systems: Recursion operators of degree four
Gurses, M; Karasu, Atalay (1999-01-25)
The recursion operator and bi-Hamiltonian formulation of the Drinfeld-Sokolov system are given. (C) 1999 Elsevier Science B.V.
INTEGRABLE SYSTEMS AND GROMOV-WITTEN THEORY
Kişisel, Ali Ulaş Özgür (BIRKHAUSER BASEL, 2005-01-01)
Integrability of Kersten-Krasil'shchik coupled KdV-mKdV equations: singularity analysis and Lax pair
Karasu, Emine Ayşe; Yurdusen, I (AIP Publishing, 2003-04-01)
The integrability of a coupled KdV-mKdV system is tested by means of singularity analysis. The true Lax pair associated with this system is obtained by the use of prolongation technique. (C) 2003 American Institute of Physics.
Integrable boundary value problems for elliptic type Toda lattice in a disk
Guerses, Metin; Habibullin, Ismagil; Zheltukhın, Kostyantyn (AIP Publishing, 2007-10-01)
The concept of integrable boundary value problems for soliton equations on R and R+ is extended to regions enclosed by smooth curves. Classes of integrable boundary conditions in a disk for the Toda lattice and its reductions are found. (C) 2007 American Institute of Physics.
Integrability of a generalized Ito system: The Painleve test
Karasu-Kalkanli, A; Karasu, Atalay; Sakovich, SY (Physical Society of Japan, 2001-05-01)
It is shown that a generalized Ito system of four coupled nonlinear evolution equations passes the Painleve test for integrability in five distinct cases, two of which were introduced recently by Tam et al. [H. W. Tam, X. B. Hu, D. L. Wang: J. Phys. Sec. Jpn. 68 (1999) 369]. A conjecture is formulated on integrability of a vector generalization of the Ito system.
