Second-rank nondegenerate Killing tensors for some subclasses of space-times admitting parallel null one-planes ace investigated. Lichnerowicz radiation conditions are imposed to provide a physical meaning to space-times whose metrics are described through their associated second-rank Killing tensors. Conditions under which the dual space-times retain the same physical properties are presented.

Alternative Approach to Maurer's Universal Statistical Test
Tezcan, Cihangir; Doğanaksoy, Ali (null; 2008-12-01)
Statistical tests for randomness play an important role in cryptography since many cryptographic applications require random or pseudorandom numbers. In this study, we introduce an alternative approach to Maurer’s Universal Test. This approach allows us to test short binary sequences as small as 66 bits and to choose slightly larger block sizes. Moreover, it does not have an initialization part and requires less time to test a binary sequence.
Nonintrusive model order reduction for cross-diffusion systems
Karasözen, Bülent; Mülayim, Gülden; Uzunca, Murat (2022-12-01)
In this paper, we investigate tensor based nonintrusive reduced-order models (ROMs) for parametric cross-diffusion equations. The full-order model (FOM) consists of ordinary differential equations (ODEs) in matrix or tensor form resulting from finite difference discretization of the differential operators by taking the advantage of Kronecker structure. The matrix/tensor differential equations are integrated in time with the implicit–explicit (IMEX) Euler method. The reduced bases, relying on a finite sample...
Asymptotic behavior of Markov semigroups on preduals of von Neumann algebras
Ernel'yanov, EY; Wolff, MPH (Elsevier BV, 2006-02-15)
We develop a new approach for investigation of asymptotic behavior of Markov semigroup on preduals of von Neumann algebras. With using of our technique we establish several results about mean ergodicity, statistical stability, and constrictiviness of Markov semigroups. (c) 2005 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
Unitary structure of the QCD sum rules and KYN and KY Xi couplings
Aliev, T; Özpineci, Altuğ; Yakovlev, SB; Zamiralov, VS (2005-06-20)
New relations between QCD Borel sum rules for strong coupling constants of K-mesons to baryons are derived. It is shown that starting from the sum rule for the coupling constants g(pi Sigma Sigma) and g(pi Sigma Lambda) it is straightforward to obtain corresponding sum rules for the g(KYN), G(KY Xi) couplings, Y = Sigma,Lambda.
Magnetic dipole moments of the negative parity J(PC)=2(--) mesons in QCD
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Savcı, Mustafa (2018-04-18)
Magnetic dipole moments of the negative parity light and heavy tensor mesons are calculated within the light cone QCD sum rules method. The results are compared with the positive parity counterparts of the corresponding tensor mesons. The results of the analysis show that the magnetic dipole moments of the negative parity light mesons are smaller compared to those of the positive parity mesons. Contrary to the light meson case, magnetic dipole moments of the negative parity heavy mesons are larger than the ...
