This report presents the high level aspects of any security operations center and tries to define a baseline for SOC processes, technologies to be used and roles to be assigned for an effective and efficient service. This work takes international standards and guideline as reference as they are highly mature documents with wide adoption rate. This report can be used as benchmark tool for initial stages of gap assessments or even present a roadmap for those who need it.
