The radiative dileptonic decays B-s(B-d)-->l(+)l(-)gamma (l=e,mu) are investigated within the standard model. The transition form factors are calculated in the framework of the light cone QCD sum rule method and it is found that the branching ratios are B(B-s-->e(+)e(-)gamma) = 2.35 x 10(-9), B(B-s-->mu(+)mu(-)gamma) = 1.9 x 10(-9) B(B-d-->e(+)e(-)gamma) = 1.5 x 10(-10), and B(B-d-->mu(+)mu(-)gamma) = 1.2 x 10(-10). A comparison of our results with the constituent quark model predictions on the branching ratios is presented.

B-s ->gamma gamma decay in the two Higgs doublet model with flavor changing neutral currents
Alıyev, Tahmasıb (1998-11-01)
We calculate the leading logarithmic QCD corrections to the decay B-s --> gamma gamma in the two Higgs doublet model with tree level flavor changing currents (modeI III) including O-7 type long distance effects. Further, we analyze the dependences of the branching ratio B(B-s --> gamma gamma) and the ratio of CP-even and CP-odd amplitude squares, R = \A(+)\(2)/\A(-)\(2), on the charged Higgs boson mass m(H+/-) and the selected model III parameters xi(U,D) including the leading logarithmic QCD corrections. Rare radiative B-s -> tau(+) tau(-) gamma decay in the two Higgs doublet model
Iltan, EO; Turan, Gürsevil (2000-02-01)
The radiative B-s-->tau(+)tau(-)gamma decay is investigated in the framework of the two Higgs doublet model. The dependence of the differential branching ratio on the photon energy and the branching ratio on the two Higgs doublet model parameters m(H+) and tan beta are studied. It is shown that there is an enhancement in the predictions of the two Higgs doublet model compared to the standard model case. We also observe that contributions of neutral Higgs bosons to the decay are sizable when tan beta is large.
Scalar f(0) and a(0) mesons in radiative phi -> K+K-gamma decay
Gokalp, A.; Ozturk, F.; Yılmaz, Osman (Elsevier BV, 2009-01-26)
We study the radiative phi -> K+K-gamma decay within a phenomenological framework by considering the contributions of the f(0)(980) and a(0)(980) scalar resonances. We consider the kaon-loop model and the no-structure model to evaluate these contributions and compare the results obtained in two models.
Rare B -> l(+)l(-)gamma decay and new physics effects
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Özpineci, Altuğ; Savcı, Mustafa (2001-11-08)
Using the most general, model independent form of the effective Hamiltonian rare decays B --> l(+)l(-)gamma (l = mu, tau) are studied. The sensitivity of the photon energy distribution and branching ratio to the new Wilson coefficients is investigated.
Fourth generation effects in rare exclusive B -> K*l(+)l(-) decay
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Özpineci, Altuğ; Savcı, Mustafa (2000-10-02)
Influence of the fourth generation, if ever exists, on the experimentally measurable quantities such as invariant dilepton mass distribution, lepton forward-backward asymmetry, and the ratio Gamma(L)/Gamma(T) of the decay widths when K* meson is longitudinally and transversally polarized, is studied. Using the experimental results on the branching ratios for the B --> X(s)gamma and semileptonic B --> X(c)l (v) over bar decays, the two possible solutions of the 4 x 4 Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa factor Vt'sVt'b...
