The radiative B-s-->tau(+)tau(-)gamma decay is investigated in the framework of the two Higgs doublet model. The dependence of the differential branching ratio on the photon energy and the branching ratio on the two Higgs doublet model parameters m(H+) and tan beta are studied. It is shown that there is an enhancement in the predictions of the two Higgs doublet model compared to the standard model case. We also observe that contributions of neutral Higgs bosons to the decay are sizable when tan beta is large.

Radiative dileptonic decays of B-meson in the general two Higgs Doublet Model
Erkol, G; Turan, Gürsevil (2002-05-01)
We investigate the exclusive B --> gammal(+)l(-) decay in the general two Higgs Doublet Model (model III) including the neutral Higgs boson effects with an emphasis on possible CP-violating effects. For this decay, we analyze the dependencies of the forward-backward asymmetry of the lepton pair, A(FB), CP-violating asymmetry, A(CP), and the CP-violating asymmetry in forward-backward asymmetry, A(CP)(A(FB)), on the model parameters and also on the neutral Higgs boson effects. We have found that A(FB) similar...
B-s ->gamma gamma decay in two and three Higgs doublet models with CP violating effects
Boz, M; Iltan, EO (2000-09-01)
We analyze the CP asymmetry for B-s-->gamma gamma in the two Higgs doublet model with tree level flavor changing currents (model III) and the three Higgs doublet model with O-2 symmetry in the Higgs sector, including O-7 type long distance effects. Further, we study the dependencies of the branching ratio Br (B-s-->gamma gamma) and the ratio of CP-even and CP-odd amplitude squares, R = \A(+)\(2)/\A(-)\(2), on the CP parameter sin theta. We find that there is a weak CP asymmetry at the order of 10(-4). In ad...
Rare B->K*l(+)l(-) decay, two Higgs doublet model, and light cone QCD sum rules
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Savcı, Mustafa; Özpineci, Altuğ (1997-10-02)
The decay width, forward-backward asymmetry and lepton longitudinal and transversal polarization for the exclusive B --> K* l(+)l(-) decay in a two Higgs doublet model are computed. It is shown that all these quantities are very effective tools for establishing new physics. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
Exclusive B -> K*l(+)l(-) decay in the three Higgs doublet model
Iltan, EO (2000-03-01)
We study the differential branching ratio and CP asymmetry for the exclusive decay B --> K*l(+)l(-) in the three Higgs doublet model with an additional global O(2) symmetry in the Higgs sector. We analyze the dilepton mass square q(2) dependency of these quantities. Further, we study the effect of a new parameter of the global symmetry in the Higgs sector on the differential branching ratio and CP asymmetry. We see that there exists an enhancement in the branching ratio and considerable CP violation for the...
Spontaneous Lorentz violation: the case of infrared QED
Balachandran, A. P.; Kürkcüoğlu, Seçkin; de Queiroz, A. R.; VAİDYA, SACHİN (2015-02-24)
It is by now clear that the infrared sector of quantum electrodynamics (QED) has an intriguingly complex structure. Based on earlier pioneering work on this subject, two of us recently proposed a simple modification of QED by constructing a generalization of the U(1) charge group of QED to the "Sky" group incorporating the well-known spontaneous Lorentz violation due to infrared photons, but still compatible in particular with locality (Balachandran and Vaidya, Eur Phys J Plus 128:118, 2013). It was shown t...
