Considering the gluon condensate corrections, the form factors relevant to the semileptonic rare B-c -> D, D-s(J(P) = 0(-))l(+)l(-) with l = tau, mu, e and B-c -> D, D-s(J(P) = 0(-))nu(nu) over bar transitions are calculated in the framework of the three point QCD sum rules. The heavy quark effective theory limit of the form factors is computed. The branching fraction of these decays is also evaluated and compared with the predictions of the relativistic constituent quark model. Analyzing such transitions could give useful information about the strong interactions inside the pseudoscalar D-s meson and its structure.

Investigation of the Ds1 structure via Bc to Ds1l(+)l(-)/nu(nu)over-bar transitions in QCD
Khosravi, R.; Azizi, K.; Ghanaatian, M.; Falahati, F. (IOP Publishing, 2009-09-01)
We investigate the structure of the D-s1(2460, 2536)(J(P) = 1(+)) mesons via analyzing the semileptonic B-c -> D(s1)l(+)l(-), l = tau, mu, e and B-c -> D-s1 nu(nu) over bar transitions in the framework of the three-point QCD sum rules. We consider the D-s1 meson in two ways, the pure vertical bar c (s) over bar > state and then as a mixture of two vertical bar P-3(1)> and vertical bar P-1(1)> states. Such types of rare transitions take place at loop level by electroweak penguin and weak box diagrams in the ...
Measurement of the mass of the top quark in decays with a J/psi meson in pp collisions 8 Tev
Khachatryan, V.; et. al. (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 2016-12-01)
A first measurement of the top quark mass in the decay channel t -> (W -> l nu)(b -> J/psi + X -> mu(+) + mu(-) + X) is presented. The analysis uses events selected from the proton-proton collisions recorded by the CMS detector at the LHC at a center-of-mass energy of 8TeV. The data correspond to an integrated luminosity of 19.7 fb(-1), with 666 t (t) over bar and single top quark candidate events containing a reconstructed J/psi candidate decaying into an oppositely-charged muon pair. The mass of the (J/ps...
Measurement of the W -> tau nu(tau) cross section in pp collisions at root s=7 TeV with the ATLAS experiment
Aad, G.; et. al. (Elsevier BV, 2012-01-05)
The cross section for the production of W bosons with subsequent decay W -> tau nu(tau) is measured with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The analysis is based on a data sample that was recorded in 2010 at a proton-proton center-of-mass energy of root s = 7 TeV and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 34 pb(-1). The cross section is measured in a region of high detector acceptance and then extrapolated to the full phase space. The product of the total W production cross section and the W -> tau nu(tau) ...
Measurements of Higgs boson production and couplings in diboson final states with the ATLAS detector at the LHC
Aad, G.; et. al. (Elsevier BV, 2013-10-01)
Measurements are presented of production properties and couplings of the recently discovered Higgs boson using the decays into boson pairs, H -> gamma gamma, H -> ZZ* -> 4l and H -> WW* -> l nu l nu. The results are based on the complete pp collision data sample recorded by the ATLAS experiment at the CERN Large Hadron Collider at centre-of-mass energies of root s = 7 TeV and root s = 8 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of about 25 fb(-1). Evidence for Higgs boson production through vector-boso...
Measurement of the ZZ production cross section and search for anomalous couplings in 2l2l' final states in pp collisions at root s=7 TeV
Chatrchyan, S.; et. al. (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 2013-01-01)
A measurement is presented of the ZZ production cross section in the ZZ -> 2l2l' decay mode with l = e, mu and l' = e, mu, tau in proton-proton collisions at root s = 7 TeV with the CMS experiment at the LHC. Results are based on data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.0 fb(-1). The measured cross section sigma(pp -> ZZ) = 6.24(-080)(+0.86) (stat.)(-0.32)(+0.41) (syst.) +/- 0.14 (lumi.) pb is consistent with the standard model predictions. The following limits on ZZZ and ZZ-gamma anomalous trili...
