The main aim of the present study was to explore the effects of gender of employees, gender of managers, and social dominance orientation on attitudes toward managers in Turkey. Additionally, the study aimed to test whether priming social dominance orientation has any effect on attitudes toward managers. Accordingly, 417 employees had participated to the study.
