Kondakçı, Yaşar
The purpose of this study was to explore the nature of the relationship between antecedent variables (i.e., change history beliefs and perceived impact of change), positive and negative change-related affect, and attitudinal variables of affective commitment to change and job satisfaction in the time of a large-scale change initiated in TES (Figure 1). Based on the premises of AET, change-related affect was tested as the precedent of attitudinal variables so that empirical evidence was presented for their mediating roles between the antecedent and attitudinal variables in Turkish school context.
