I see EK: A lightweight technique to reveal exploit kit family by overall URL patterns of infection chains
Suren, Emre; Angın, Pelin; Baykal, Nazife (2019-01-01)
The prevalence and nonstop evolving technical sophistication of exploit kits (EKs) is one of the most challenging shifts in the modern cybercrime landscape. Over the last few years, malware infections via drive-by download attacks have been orchestrated with EK infrastructures. Malicious advertisements and compromised websites redirect victim browsers to web-based EK families that are assembled to exploit client-side vulnerabilities and finally deliver evil payloads. A key observation is that while the webp...
Can Sobolev Inequality Be Written for Sharma-Mittal Entropy?
Akturk, O. Uzengi; Akturk, E.; Tomak, Mehmet (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 2008-12-01)
In this paper, we focus on Sobolev inequality in the context of Sharma-Mittal entropy. Using this new inequality, generalized entropic uncertainty relation in accordance with Sharma-Mittal entropy is derived and the pseudoadditivity relation has been obtained. This new entropic uncertainty relation has then been applied to physical examples such as one dimensional harmonic oscillator and Posch-Teller potential. Finally, it has been shown that for certain values of the parameters of Sharma-Mittal measure, th...

Is gauge fixing of constrained systems necessary?
Muslih, SI; Guler, Y (1998-03-01)
Singular systems are investigated by the canonical method and it is shown that gauge fixing, which is an essential procedure to study singular systems by Dirac's method, is not necessary. Two examples are studied.
