Homoclinical structure of the chaotic attractor
Akhmet, Marat (2010-04-01)
In the reference [Akhmet MU. Devaney chaos of a relay system. Commun Nonlinear Sci Numer Simulat 2009:14:1486-93.], a relay system was introduced, which admits a chaotic attractor with Devaney's ingredients. Now, we prove that the attractor consists of homo-clinic solutions. A simulation of the attractor is provided for a pendulum equation. Similar results for impulsive differential equations were announced in the plenary talk [Akhmet MU. Hyperbolic sets of impact systems. Dyn Contin Discrete Impuls Syst Se...
Homotopy self-equivalences of 4-manifolds with pi(1)-free second homotopy
Pamuk, Mehmetcik (Mathematical Society of Japan (Project Euclid), 2011-07-01)
We calculate the group of homotopy classes of homotopy self-equivalences of 4-manifolds with pi(1)-free second homotopy.
Isomorphisms of l-Köthe spaces
Karapınar, Erdal; Yurdakul, Murat Hayrettin; Department of Mathematics (2004)
In this thesis, we study on l-Köthe spaces. By the help of interpolation theory, we use linear topological invariants to get isomorphisms of Cartesian products of l-power series spaces. We also see that multirectangular n-equivalent characteristics is linear toplogical invariant for power l-Köthe spaces of first type.

Homomorphic RSA Tallying and Its Randomization for e-Voting
Yucel, Okan; Baykal, Nazife (2010-10-01)
Contemporary e-voting schemes use either mix networks or homomorphic tallying to preserve the anonymity of votes. Homomorphic addition property of a public key encryption algorithm provides anonymity by allowing joint decryption of the vote sums at the tallying office; instead of separate decryption of each encrypted vote. Exponential ElGamal and Paillier algorithms are additively homomorphic that makes them suitable for homomorphic tallying. Alternatively, RSA and ElGamal algorithms are not additively homo...
