AİLELERLE ÇALIŞMA ÖZ YETERLİLİK ÖLÇEĞİ TÜRKÇE FORMU’NUN GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Bu araştırmanın amacı, öğretmenlerin ailelerle çalışmaya dair öz yeterliliklerini ölçmek için geliştirilmiş olan Ailelerle Çalışma Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği’ni okul öncesi öğretmen adaylarına uyarlayarak Türkçe geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik çalışmasını yapmaktır. Yöntem: Çalışma grubunu yedi farklı üniversitede okul öncesi öğretmenliği bölümünde okuyan 270 okul öncesi öğretmen adayı oluşturmaktadır. İlk olarak, ölçeğin öğretmen adaylarına uygun dil adaptasyonu yapılmıştır. Daha sonra, Türkiye popülasyonuna uygunluğunu incelemek amacıyla Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) ve Açımlayıcı Faktör Analizi (AFA) uygulanmıştır. Bulgular: DFA sonucuna göre, ölçek iyi düzeyde uyuma işaret etmektedir (Ki Kare/sd= 2,96, , p<.01, RMSEA = .77, NFI = .96, CFI= .97). İyilik Uyum İndeksi (GFI) ve Düzenlenmiş İyilik Uyum İndeksi (AGFI) değerleri sırasıyla .82 ve .78 olarak bulunmuştur ve zayıf uyumu göstermektedir. Fakat bu değerler örneklem büyüklüğüne aşırı duyarlı olduğu için göz ardı edilmiştir. Orijinalinde üç boyutlu olan ölçeğin kaç boyutlu olduğunu incelemek amacıyla yapılan faktör analizinde dört boyutlu olduğu bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin iç tutarlılığına bakmak için Cronbach Alpha katsayısına bakılmış ve aynı zamanda İki Yarım Test Güvenirliği ile test edilmiştir. Cronbach Alpha katsayıları ölçeğin toplam puanı için .95 çıkmıştır. İki yarım test güvenilirliği ise yüksek çıkmıştır (Spearman-Brown r = .923 , p < .000). Sonuç: Ailelerle Çalışma Öz Yeterlilik Ölçeği’nin Türkçe formunun Türkiye alanyazınına kullanılabilecek altyapıya sahip olduğu anlaşılmıştır.
