Crystal Data for A3B5C9-Type Ternary Compounds

X-ray powder diffraction data were obtained for Cu3Ga5Se9, Cu3In5Se9, Cu3In5Te9, Ag3In5S9, Ag3Ga5S9, Ag3In5Se9, and Ag3Ga5Te9 ternary compounds. The data indicate that these compounds crystallize in orthorhombic, monoclinic, orthorhombic, monoclinic, tetragonal, tetragonal, and orthorhombic systems, respectively.

Crystal data, electrical resistivity and mobility in Cu3In5Se9 and Cu3In5Te9 single crystals

X-ray powder diffraction data were obtained for Cu3In5Se9 and Cu3In5Te9 which were found to crystallize in orthorhombic and tetragonal systems, respectively. The electrical resistivities and Hall mobilities of these compounds were investigated in the temperature range 35-475 K. The geometries of the low-lying isomers of phosphorus P2 to P10 were calculated using the semiempirical modified neglect of diatomic overlap method. It was found that, in those cases (P2 and P4) where spectroscopic data are available, the bond strengths are overestimated. The binding energies were found to be underestimated in those cases (P2, P3 and P4) where thermodynamically derived values for the gas phase are available. Structural and optical properties of 75 mol % Ga2Se3 - 25 mol % Ga2S3 system of single crystals were investigated by experimental techniques of x-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and ellipsometry. Structural and electronic properties of rubreneperoxides

The structural and electronic properties of rubrene and three rubreneperoxide isomers have been investigated by performing molecular mechanics and semi-empirical AMI molecular-orbital self-consistent field calculations. It has been found that isolated rubrene and rubreneperoxide isomers have non-planar structure, and are stable but endothermic.
