TÜRKİYE’DEKİ BEYAZ YAKALILARIN AYRIMCILIĞA DAYALI MOBBİNG DENEYİMLERİ: MÜCADELE YOLLARI VE ÖNERİLER

Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, Türkiye’deki kentli, yüksek eğitimli, orta sınıftan mobbing deneyimi yaşamış beyaz yakalı çalışanların anlatılarına dayanarak, mobbing pratikleri ile ilgili eğilim ve örüntüleri saptamak ve buna bağlı olarak mobbing konusunda çözüm ve sosyal politikalar önermektir. Çalışmanın odağı mobbingin türlerinden biri olarak karşımıza çıkan ayrımcılığa dayalı mobbingdir. Bu kapsamda, 20 kentli, yüksek eğitimli ve orta sınıf beyaz yakalı çalışanla yarı yapılandırılmış derinlemesine mülakatlar yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma, mobbingle mücadeleyi olumsuz yönde etkileyen ve mağdurların mobbing deneyimlerini daha da zorlaştıran önemli yasal ve kurumsal eksiklikler olduğunu göstermektedir. Dahası Türkiye’de, ayrımcılık temelli mobbing diye de tanımlanabilecek bir mobbing formu yaygın olarak yaşanmaktadır. Bu tip mobbing fiziksel görünüm, cinsiyet, din ve mezhep veya politik görüş gibi özelliklere dayanmaktadır. İşyerinde ayrımcılığa dayalı mobbing toplumda artan siyasi ve sosyal kutuplaşmanın bir yansıması olarak değerlendirilebilir. Çalışmanın neticesinde, bazı önleyici ve iyileştirici politika önerileri sunulmuştur.
