Bu çalışmanın amacı, yukarıda genel çerçevesi verilen kuramsal tartışmaya katkı yapmaktan çok, yürürlükteki mevzuat kapsamında, plan değişikliklerinde uyulması zorunlu çerçevenin yargı kararları örnekleriyle daha açık ve belirgin bir biçimde sunulmasıdır. Bu çerçevenin sınırlarının bilinmesi, kanımca, Türkiye'de plan uygulamalarında karşılaşılan sorunların tanınması ve giderek bu bağlamda önerilecek yeni düzenlemelerin tasarlanması için de bir başlangıç olacaktır.

In this work, Schrödinger and Dirac equations will be examined in geometries that confine the particles to hypersurfaces. For this purpose, two methods will be considered.
