A general formalism for the model independent description of the spin structure of the matrix element for the radiative tau-decay, tau(-) --> nu(e) + pi(-) + gamma, is developed. For illustration, the decay of polarized tau into unpolarized particles and the production of polarized photons in the decays of polarized and unpolarized tau are considered in a general framework, without specifying the decay mechanism. Next the contributions of the standard decay mechanisms of Inner Bremsstrahlung and structural radiation, as well as the nonstandard ones, namely those induced by the possible anomalous electromagnetic characteristics of tau-lepton or by an exotic tensor current, are calculated. The problem of the radiative zero in the collinear kinematical conditions is also considered. (C) 1999 Academic Press.

Theoretical determination of K-1(1270,1400) mixing angle in QCD
Dag, Huseyin; Özpineci, Altuğ; Cagil, Ayce; ERKOL, GÜRAY (2011-08-25)
In quark model, the strange axial vector mesons K1(1270) and K1(1400) are defined as the mixtures of orbital angular momentum states K1A and K1B. In this work, by using the orthogonality of the mass eigenstates, we have estimated the K1(1270, 1400) mixing angle θK1, where we have found that θK1 sime −(39 ± 4)°.
Exact solution of the Dirac equation with the Mie-type potential under the pseudospin and spin symmetry limit
Aydogdu, Oktay; Sever, Ramazan (Elsevier BV, 2010-02-01)
We investigate the exact solution of the Dirac equation for the Mie-type potentials under the conditions of pseudospin and spin symmetry limits. The bound state energy equations and the corresponding two-component spinor wave functions of the Dirac particles for the Mie-type potentials with pseudospin and spin symmetry are obtained. We use the asymptotic iteration method in the calculations. Closed forms of the energy eigenvalues are obtained for any spin-orbit coupling term K. We also investigate the energ...
Approximate solution to the time-dependent Kratzer plus screened Coulomb potential in the Feinberg-Horodecki equation
Farout, Mahmoud; Sever, Ramazan; Ikhdair, Sameer M. (IOP Publishing, 2020-06-01)
We obtain the quantized momentum eigenvalues P-n together with space-like coherent eigenstates for the space-like counterpart of the Schrodinger equation, the Feinberg-Horodecki equation, with a combined Kratzer potential plus screened coulomb potential which is constructed by temporal counterpart of the spatial form of these potentials. The present work is illustrated with two special cases of the general form: the time-dependent modified Kratzer potential and the time-dependent screened Coulomb potential.
Singularities of spectra of infrared reflection of tertiary compounds of the type T1BX2
Hasanlı, Nızamı; Khomutova, M.D.; Sardarly, R.M.; Tagorov, V.I. (Springer Science and Business Media LLC, 1977-07-01)
The frequencies of lattice vibrations are calculated for compounds of the type T1BX2 on the basis of the linear-chain model. The calculated frequencies are compared with experimental values for TlGaS2 and TlGaSe2. The good agreement between the calculated and experimental frequencies serves as proof of the applicability of the linear-chain model to compounds of the T1BX2 type. The proposed method of calculation of frequencies makes it possible to predict the theoretical frequencies of lattice vibrations of ...
Combined Measurement of the Higgs Boson Mass in pp Collisions at root s=7 and 8 TeV with the ATLAS and CMS Experiments
Aad, G.; et. al. (American Physical Society (APS), 2015-05-01)
A measurement of the Higgs boson mass is presented based on the combined data samples of the ATLAS and CMS experiments at the CERN LHC in the H -> gamma gamma and H -> ZZ -> 4l decay channels. The results are obtained from a simultaneous fit to the reconstructed invariant mass peaks in the two channels and for the two experiments. The measured masses from the individual channels and the two experiments are found to be consistent among themselves. The combined measured mass of the Higgs boson is m(H) = 125.0...
