We study the charged lepton electric dipole moment which is induced by the scalar unparticle mediation and we predict the appropriate range for the free parameters appearing in the effective Lagrangian which drives the unparticle-standard model lepton interactions. We observe that the charged lepton electric dipole moment is strongly sensitive to the scaling dimension d(u) of the unparticle and the new couplings in the effective interaction. Furthermore, we see that the current experimental limits of charged lepton electric dipole moments can ensure an appropriate range for these free parameters.

The effect of antisymmetric tensor unparticle mediation on the charged lepton electric dipole moment
Iltan, E. O. (IOP Publishing, 2011-10-01)
We study the contribution of antisymmetric tensor unparticle mediation to the charged lepton electric dipole moments and restrict the free parameters of the model by using the experimental upper bounds. We observe that the charged lepton electric dipole moments are strongly sensitive to the scaling dimension d(U) and the fundamental scales M(U) and Delta(U). The experimental current limits of electric dipole moments are reached for the small values of the scaling dimension d(U).
The Lorentz and CPT violating effects on H-o -> f(+)f(-) (ZZ, W+W-) decays
Iltan, EO (World Scientific Pub Co Pte Lt, 2004-02-10)
We study the Lorentz and CPT violating effects on the ratio BRLorVio/Br-SM where BRLorVio (BRSM) is the branching ratios coming from the Lorentz violating effects (the SM), for the decays H-0 --> f(+)f(-) (f = quarks and charged leptons) and H-0 --> ZZ(W+W-). We observe that these new effects are too small to be detected, especially for f(+)f(-) output, since the corresponding coefficients are highly suppressed at the low energy scale.
ANTISYMMETRIC TENSOR UNPARTICLE AND THE RADIATIVE LEPTON FLAVOR VIOLATING DECAYS
Iltan, E. O. (World Scientific Pub Co Pte Lt, 2012-04-20)
We study the contribution of the antisymmetric tensor unparticle mediation to the branching ratios of the radiative lepton flavor violating decays and predict a restriction region for free parameters of the scenario by using experimental upper limits. We observe that the branching ratios of the radiative lepton flavor violating decays are sensitive to the fundamental mass scales of the scenario and to the scale dimension of antisymmetric tensor unparticle. We obtain a more restricted set for the free parame...
A perturbative treatment for the energy levels of neutral atoms
Ikhdair, Sameer M.; Sever, Ramazan (World Scientific Pub Co Pte Lt, 2006-12-20)
Energy levels of neutral atoms have been reexamined by applying an alternative perturbative scheme in solving the Schrodinger equation for the Yukawa potential model with a modified screening parameter. The predicted shell binding energies axe found to be quite accurate over the entire range of the atomic number Z up to 84 and compare very well with those obtained within the framework of hypervirial-Pade scheme and the method of shifted large-N expansion. It is observed that the new perturbative method may ...
THE NONLINEAR COLD PLASMA-BUNCHED BEAM INTERACTION AND THE PLASMA WAKEFIELD ACCELERATOR CASE
BILIKMEN, S; NAZIH, RM (IOP Publishing, 1993-02-01)
In this paper, a nonlinear analytical solution for a cold plasma-bunched beam system based on the Hamiltonian formalism where alpha = n(b)/n0 and beta(phi) = upsilon(phi)/c have been taken as parameters matching between zero and unity is given. The oscillation limiting energies, frequencies and transformer ratios have been carried out in general for both the one-dimensional and the case where a small transverse component of motion is included. The plasma wakefield accelerator has been treated as a special c...
