Bu buluş, bebeklerin karıştırılmasına ve kaçırılmasına karşı kullanılan bir bebek bilekliği ile ilgilidir. Bu buluş ile, tek kullanımlık bir kayış ile bu kayışın içine yerleştirilen ve elektronik bileşenleri barındıran bir kapsül içeren bir bebek bilekliği geliştirilmiştir. Bilekliğin çıkartılması amacı ile kayışın kesilmesinin ardından, kapsül başka bir kayışın içine yerleştirilerek yeniden kullanılabilmektedir.
