1950’ler Türk Dış Politikasında Göç Meselesi Yugoslavya’dan Türkiye’ye Serbest Göç ve Köprülü/Titoveles İlçesi Örneği

Bu çalışma, Türk dış politikasının önemli konularından biri olan göç meselesine, 1950’li yılların koşulları içinde ve Yugoslavya’dan Türkiye’ye gelen göçmenler üzerinden bakmaktadır. Kuramsal bir çerçeve ve tarihsel arka planın verilmesinin ardından, Eski Yugoslavya’ya bağlı Makedonya Cumhuriyeti’nin Üsküp kenti ve bu kentin Köprülü/Titoveles ilçesi bu çalışmanın merkez noktasını oluşturmaktadır. Bu ilçenin Grono Vranofça köyünden 1955 yılında Türkiye’ye göç eden Şimşek ailesi ve diğer Türk ve Müslüman göçmenlerin tecrübeleri bu çerçevede incelenmiş, konuyla ilgili literatür ve dönem arşivi taranmıştır. İleride daha geniş bir araştırmaya başlangıç olması niyetiyle yapılan bu çalışmanın, Türkiye’ye dışarıdan gelmiş göçmenlerin hayatına dair bilgilerin netleşmesi ve mevcut veya gelecekteki göçmen nüfus sorunlarının daha iyi algılanması ve çözülmesine katkıda bulunmak hedefi olacaktır.
