The light cone sum rules method is used in studying the radiative decays Sigma(Q) -> Lambda(Q)gamma and Xi '(Q) -> Xi(Q)gamma First, the sum rules for the form factor F-2(Q(2)=0) responsible for these transitions is constructed. Using this result, the decay widths of the above-mentioned decays are calculated and analyzed. A comparison of our predictions on the decay widths of considered transitions with the predictions of the other approaches is presented.

Radiative decays of negative parity heavy baryons in the framework of the light cone QCD sum rules
Agamaliev, A.K.; Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Savcı, Mustafa (Elsevier BV, 2017-2)
The transition form factors responsible for the radiative Sigma(Q) -> Lambda(Q)gamma and Xi(')(Q) -> Xi(Q)gamma So decays of the negative parity baryons are examined within light cone QCD sum rules. The decay widths of the radiative transitions are calculated using the obtained results of the form factors. A comparison of our predictions on decay widths with the corresponding widths of positive parity baryons is given.
A QCD Sum Rules Approach to Mixing of Hadrons
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Özpineci, Altuğ (2010-06-24)
A method for the calculation of the hadronic mixing angles using QCD sum rules is proposed. This method is then applied to predict the mixing angle between the heavy cascade hyperons Xi(Q) and Xi'Q where Q = c or Q = b. It is obtained the theta(b) = 6.4 degrees +/- 1.8 degrees and theta(c) = 5.5 degrees +/- 1.8 degrees.
Analysis of the structure of Xi (1690) through its decays
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; SUNDU PAMUK, HAYRİYE (2018-05-22)
The mass and pole residue of the first orbitally and radially excited Xi state as well as the ground state residue are calculated by means of the two-point QCD sum rules. Using the obtained results for the spectroscopic parameters, the strong coupling constants relevant to the decays Xi (1690) -> Sigma K and Xi (1690) -> Lambda K are calculated within the light-cone QCD sum rules and width of these decay channels are estimated. The obtained results for the mass of (Xi) over tilde and ratio of the Br((Xi) ov...
Strong Coupling Constants of Heavy Baryons With Light Mesons in QCD
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Savcı, Mustafa (2012-06-21)
The strong coupling constants of the heavy spin-1/2 and spin-3/2 baryons with light pseudoscalar and vector mesons are calculated in the framework of the light cone QCD sum rules. Using the symmetry arguments, some structure independent relations among different correlation functions are obtained. It is shown that all possible transitions are described by only one invariant function, whose explicit expression is structure dependent.
Analysis of gamma(*) Lambda -> Sigma(0) transition in QCD
Alıyev, Tahmasıb; Savcı, Mustafa (American Physical Society (APS), 2013-05-20)
The gamma(*) Lambda -> Sigma(0) transition form factors are investigated within the light- cone QCD sum rules method. Using the most general form of the interpolating current of Sigma(0) baryon and the distribution amplitudes of baryon we calculate the Q(2) dependence of the electromagnetic form factors. Our results are compared with the predictions of the covariant spectator quark model.
